Cinco de Mayo ideas

I don't have any new Mexican Dishes to share, but thought I would share a few of my favourites with you.

Just in case you were wondering what kind of Mexican food you could make to celebrate this day.

One of the first dishes I ever learned to make was Taco's, and I haven't varied the way I make them cause why mess with perfection?
And then there are the Carne Asada Burrito's I made just a little while ago, and they were so good.
You could go with one of my personal favourites, Chile Verde

Or how about some Acapulco Chicken?   We had some just the other night.

Stuffed Jalapeno's are always a crowd pleaser.

And some Chile de Arbol sauce.

Or how about some Chile Rellenos?
I could go on and on and on, but I think you get my drift.   And just in case, check out the Mexican dishes I have over on the side there.  I think you might be able to find something to make for Cinco de Mayo.
