I'm late I know, but just in case you're undecided as to dinner tonight, here a few suggestions.
In the mood for savory? Then try these Savoury Oat Pancakes.
Or you have some slightly ripe bananas that need to be used before their expiry date tomorrow.
These Banana Coconut Pecan Pancakes are so good.
You can also do a nice Dutch Baby Pancake

even a Toad in a Hole for dinner. Both will hit nice little notes.
