Tailgating recipes - Part Three

So...

We've covered Wings and Spreads and Dips for Tailgating.   I won't bore you with grilling tips, you probably have your own ideas about that and since I don't even own a grill anymore, I can't help you there.   I have a George Forman Grill though, which serves us nicely, but does it count as a real grill?

Sorry, got side tracked there.

I want to share a few of my favourite Hummus recipes.

I did say recipes.  As in plural.   Cause the basic hummus recipe can be dolled up in so many ways.
Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Hummus

When I find a recipe I like, I make it a lot, and then take pictures.

I dolled this up with a little Za'atar, cause I could.

And in the spirit of fun, how about some
Chocolate Hummus

I made this last December and it was a hit, I've since made it a few times for various occasions.   Because it's just plain fun.

You also need something to spread the hummus on, and I've made these Za'atar Pita Crisps many times and the combo of the Za'atar and the pita bread is fantastic.

Next post I'll share a mish mosh of various recipes that would lend themselves well to a tailgating party.

In the meantime, I think I feel a need to go and create...
