Boat Club for February

I really don't have any words to describe all the great food that was brought and consumed last night.  Although, I was surprised that there weren't more desserts, cause it seems like the past couple of years more sweets were brought, but that's OK, there was a lot of good food.

And in no particular order, well, OK, so there is order, cause I'm a nuts to fruit kinda person or maybe I should say, starters to dessert...

 Cheese Ball...
From the left, Pineapple, Hummus and a Cheese ball.
Then...
Potatoes,
Coleslaw...

Roasted Veggies...

Shrimp...

Quinoa Salad and Pea Salad to the right of it.

Chicken, Shrimp and Pineapple Fried Rice and Quinoa Salad...

Chicken and Shrimp and Pineapple Fried Rice...

Ham and Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin...

A lovely Green salad...

Ham...

Spinach Salad...

Another lovely dish of roasted vegetables.
Sausage and Baked Pasta dish...

Some more Coleslaw...

And the Desserts...

Lemon Bars...

There were cookies and chex mix

And there was also a Turtle Pie I didn't get a shot of.

I swear there's always one...

And I should tell you what I brought.

I was going to bring my latest version of Sweet and Spicy wings, but this happened to them.
A couple minutes too long in the oven, turned them from lovely caramelized to Burnt!!!  sigh...
So I threw together some Hummus and brought that instead.

But the rest of the food was great, as usual.
