Appetizer/Snack recipes, and then there was the Breakfast recipe round up on Sunday and now we're up to a Main Dish.
Most of the dishes/recipes I make are geared towards appetizers. I just plain like eating and making them. But I did make a Duxelle Stuffed Pork Loin recently, and thought it would make a stellar Main Dish, if I ever needed one.
Sauteed Swiss Chard and maybe a roasted potato as well.
