Boat Club Potluck for May

Last night was our monthly Boat Club potluck, and the last one before fall.   Summer gets a little warm in these parts and people get busy doing summer type stuff, so May is our last one for awhile.

And the snowbirds have flown/driven back north and so it was a lighter turnout last night than usual.

But the food was still great.

It usually is.  I tried a little bit of everything...

We had a couple of appetizers...
Hummus
 Pineapple and Santa was there.
Potstickers

Lentil Salad...
A couple of Pasta salads, and you know I had some of each.
Pasta Salad with Rotini
Pasta Salad with Penne Pasta

And a Hashbrown Au Gratin Casserole I thought it was a Mac and Cheese casserole at first, but it was very good.

some Ham and Cheese Sliders,

And these yummy ribs, which was great cause I've been craving ribs lately.
BBQ Ribs
and some lightly Smoked Turkey

and I made some  Mojo Spice Wings, and I'll tell you about them later on.

There was also some Dessert, but I only sampled two of them.  My plate was a little full.
Brownies and cakes...

This is it for our monthly Boat Club Potluck until fall.
But don't worry, there's lots more food coming up.
We don't go hungry around here.
