Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

I made some Chicken Fingers for Boat Club last weekend, and then decided I wanted some Honey Mustard dipping sauce to go with them.    And I did not want to buy any, I wanted to make it myself.

So I did.   And it was easy, and good and I will do this again.

1 Tablespoon Mustard, whatever kind you like, I used French's Yellow Mustard.
1 Tablespoon Tupelo Honey
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
And after I tasted it, I decided it needed a little something, so I added
1 Tablespoon Sid's Special Corned Beef Sauce (just kidding, it's equal amounts of brown sugar and mustard, stirred together, I keep a jar in the fridge cause it goes so good on Corned Beef or Ham).

Whisk it all together and then taste.   And add  more mayonnaise at this point if you like or maybe some of my special sauce, which is what I decided at this point as it was lacking something.

Serve with some Chicken Fingers or whatever you like.
