I had a hard time with this. I love my Danish food, and Asian food.
I was torn between two continents.
But this is a Countdown to 2017 hosted by Sarah of Fantastical Sharing, so I did my version of a countdown.
I hate to make these kinds of decisions.
I had to do this.
For my Danish side
I made some Brændende kærlighed or Burning Love this year.
some Breaded Pork Patties called Karbonader
But I'd also learned how to make some Sambal Kacang Peanut Sauce which went so well with
Bok Choy Stir Fry with Yakisoba Noodles
Like I said, I hate making decisions like this.
So I went with both.

I'm loving everything about that stir fry! Yum!
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm kicking myself, I forgot to get some more Bok Choy yesterday while I was in the 'big' city. But that stir fry was so good.
DeleteI am so glad you went with both because I would have hated to miss any of them.
ReplyDeleteThanks Wendy. I hate choosing just one.
DeleteThey all look fabulous! Why should you have to choose?? =)
ReplyDeleteExactly, why should I? Thanks
DeleteThose yakisoba noodles look amazing!
ReplyDeleteThank you, I need to make them again. Every time I look at the picture I think that.
DeleteBreaded Pork Chops are one of my favorite comfort foods! A real winner!
ReplyDeleteMine too.
