First Monday Favorites - November 2017 -11

I can't believe it's time for First Monday Favorites again.
First Monday Favorites
Of course I never can.  The months are whizzing by so fast these days.   And I just figured out a couple of things on my computer.
It takes me a while sometimes.  All this new technology gets somewhat confusing.  I kinda miss my old Selectric.
And if you know what that is, it just dated you.
All that aside.
My favorite recipe from last month is this,  Candied Ginger and Pumpkin Bundt Cake.
Candied Ginger and Pumpkin Bundt Cake

It felt like a holiday in my mouth.  I'm tempted to make some more of the toffee sauce and just eat it with a spoon and not share it with the cake.

You don't have to do a whole new post, unless you want to, just go ahead and link your favorite recipe from last month in the linkup.

Check out what some of my fellow bloggers made and are sharing as their Favorite recipe from last month.

  1. I do know what a Selectric is... Yes... I'm dated! Love this cake!

    1. There are times when I hunger for the simplicity of the old Selectric, but then am reminded of the fact I'm not a very accurate typist and those correction ribbons cost money. Backspace keys don't, other than being used way too often.

    1. It was and it may have to be made again, with or without the cake.

    1. Thank you, and I'm not admitting to how long ago I worked on a Selectric. All I can say now, is this, I love my backspace key on my keyboard.
