Countdown Day One to the Virtual Tapas Time Party

The Virtual Tapas Time Party is tomorrow,  Saturday, September 1 and I can't wait to see what my blogger friends are making for the party from my newest cookbook, Nibbles and Bites - A compilation of Appetizers, Canapés and Finger Foods.

Full disclosure, I did send them a copy of the book and asked them if they would like to make and share a recipe from the book for an online virtual Tapas Time Party.
They all said yes.

We have a Tapas Time Party most months and I make a lot of appetizers, and in this book I've compiled just a few of my favorites.  Most of them are easy to make and serve, and best of all, not only do they taste great but many of them can be made for last minutes parties, using items from your pantry.

I thought that this weekend would be a great time to really introduce the book, as Tailgate season is starting and many of the recipes from the book can be made and brought to any gathering.
While I can't wait to see what everyone is bringing to the party tomorrow, I thought I would show few possibilities.

Karen of Karen's Kitchen Stories is coming to the party as well.  And again, I can't wait to see what she makes from the cookbook.  She's known for baking breads, and I drool over many of hers, and think to myself that one of these days, I'm gonna try making some, or at least one of her bread recipes.
